Corporate Social Responsibility
Supporting those who care for animals in need
Our responsibility towards animals extends beyond providing quality nutrition. Through our petfood brands, we believe in supporting the people and organisations working every day to protect animals, improve their welfare and give them a better quality of life.
Our partnership with the Kenya Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (KSPCA) reflects this commitment.
For years, Bravo has supported KSPCA and its vital work of protecting animals from cruelty, neglect and unnecessary suffering. Through contributions of pet food, staff uniforms, event sponsorships and other essential support, we help strengthen the organisation’s ability to care for animals in its shelters and carry out its important welfare work.
Celebrating Kenya’s Tennis Champions
One of the initiatives we are especially proud of is our support for the Kenya Ladies Tennis Team following their outstanding victory at the Billie Jean King Cup (BJK Cup).
Their achievement represents far more than a win on the court. It reflects countless hours of dedication, preparation, perseverance and teamwork. It is a testament to what can be achieved when talent is matched with determination and a shared belief in excellence.
To celebrate their remarkable achievement, Sigma Feeds, through our Bravo brand, proudly presented the Kenya Ladies Tennis Team with a monetary contribution in recognition of their success.
For us, this was an opportunity to say thank you to athletes who dedicate themselves to representing Kenya and to reinforce our belief that exceptional talent deserves to be encouraged, celebrated and supported.
Investing in Education. Building Brighter Futures.
We believe that meaningful community impact goes beyond the products we make. It is about investing in the people and communities around us and helping create opportunities that can shape a better future for the next generation.
As part of our commitment to education and community development, we provided financial support towards the construction of a new laboratory at Oloosirkon Secondary School, Tuala, Ongata Rongai. We are proud to contribute to an educational facility that will give students a stronger environment in which to learn, explore and develop practical skills in science.
Access to well-equipped learning facilities can make a meaningful difference in how students experience education. A functional science laboratory provides learners with opportunities to move beyond theory and engage with practical learning, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, experimentation and problem-solving.
Our contribution reflects Sigma’s belief that businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities in which they operate. By supporting educational infrastructure, we hope to help empower young learners with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills they need to pursue future opportunities.
Because investing in education today helps build the talent, innovation and possibilities of tomorrow.
